This notice explains how the STAS website at trystas.com handles information provided by visitors.

Enquiry information

When you use Talk to the STAS Team, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, country, business type, WhatsApp number, selected interests and optional notes. We use them to review your enquiry and contact you about STAS.

Service providers

The website is delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure. Enquiry submissions are processed through Formspree for delivery to the STAS team. These providers may process technical or form data as needed to provide their services.

TRY STAS browser demos

The browser demos use sample data and are intended only to demonstrate workflows. Do not enter confidential business records, passwords or sensitive personal information into demo screens.

Language, referral and campaign information

The site stores your English/Arabic preference in your browser. If you submit an enquiry, basic referral and campaign parameters in the page address may be included with that enquiry so we can understand how you reached STAS.

Analytics, cookies and technical logs

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Real User Monitoring to understand general site usage and page performance. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors’ personal data, and its RUM beacon does not store data in browser storage such as cookies or localStorage. RUM is configured to exclude visitors connecting through EU/EEA data centres. The website does not place advertising cookies. Hosting and security services may still process standard technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site.

Retention and contact

Enquiry information is kept only as reasonably needed to respond, follow up and maintain relevant business records. If you have a privacy question about information you submitted through this website, contact us using the Talk to the STAS Team form and identify the enquiry.
